Panch Tulsi Dosage
Tulsi tea- Prepare a tulsi tea. Boil a cup of water with a pinch of tea powder. Now, add 4-5 drops of panch tulsi drops in the water.
After a full boil, strain it. Add some honey for a sweet flavour and enjoy the tulsi tea. You can have it with milk too if you want.
Remember, consume once a day only.
For immunity and chronic infection- Mix 2-3 drops of panch tulsi with honey will give the power to fight the chronic infection
like cold, cough, headache, fever, flu, etc
For Stomach diseases - Mix 4-5 drops of panch tulsi in water and drink it.
For ear pain - Pour one drop of panch tulsi in the ear.
For oral problems - Mix 4-5 drops of panch tulsi drop in 200ml of water and do gargles for some days regularly.
For bad breath - Consume 1-2 drops of panch tulsi regularly after the meal in lunch and dinner
For throat and respiratory problems - Have a hot tulsi tea or mix 4-5 drops of tulsi in hot water. Drink it slowly.
For Insect bites - Mix 3-4 drops in 5-6 drops of oil and massage the area.
For skin - Mix 3-5 drops of panch tulsi in moisturizer or rose water and apply it to the skin. Leave it for some time
For baths - Add 10-15 drops in water and bath regularly likewise for better skin and health.
